We also maintain order totals, payment status, provider transaction references, and communication preferences. Payment credentials and full card details are handled by the payment provider when a supported payment integration is available; they should never be entered into order notes.

Information is used to process and manage requests, arrange pickup, respond to catering inquiries, verify payments, send initial confirmations and verified payment receipts, provide customer support, and maintain business records. Email confirmations and optional text confirmations are transactional communications, not enrollment in marketing.

The website uses hosting, database, email-delivery, and, when connected, payment and SMS service providers to carry out these functions. Order and inquiry information is stored in the website's business database and is restricted to authorized management access.
