Orders And Pickup

Food selections are offered for specific dates and open pickup times. Your confirmation identifies your selected pickup date and time in Eastern Time. Please arrive at that appointed time; we do not send a separate ready-for-pickup alert. Contact the business directly if you need help with an order or cannot attend at your selected time.

Prices And Payments

Review your itemized food subtotal, applicable sales tax, optional tip, and final total before submitting an order or authorizing payment. There is no separate $2 order fee. Tips are optional and default to no tip. An unpaid request or checkout redirect is not proof of payment. Payment received is confirmed only after verification. Contact the business directly with cancellation, refund, or payment questions; these website terms do not limit any rights available under applicable law.

Catering Inquiries

Catering submissions are requests for review. An event date, menu, or booking is not confirmed merely by submitting an inquiry. The business must approve the booking and its details.

SMS Program: Order Confirmations And Payment Receipts

By entering your mobile phone number and checking both optional boxes for transactional SMS consent and the SMS terms and privacy policy at checkout, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages from Nothing But Flavors about your submitted order and verified payment. This consent is not a condition of purchase. The program does not include promotional messages, preparation-status updates, or ready-for-pickup alerts. SMS is available only after the service is connected and its sender registration is approved.

Frequency And Charges

Message frequency varies based on orders and requested confirmation resends. Typically, an order may generate one initial order confirmation and one verified payment receipt. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for any charges.

Opt-Out And Help

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Your SMS provider may send a one-time opt-out acknowledgment. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact nothingbut.flavors@yahoo.com or 940-217-9613. Opting out of texts does not cancel an order. Contact us to request help if you later wish to resume texts.

Delivery And Privacy
